Watch what you wish for - - - you just might get it!

I try to take the kids out for a walk about every day. I put the babies in the double stroller, and Isaac usually rides his bike. The bad thing is, Isaac rides SO SLOWLY. It takes us FOREVER to get around the neighborhood. Sometimes I will just make him walk, too, so we can move a little faster. But, I really want him to learn to be comfortable on his bike. Well, on our walk yesterday, I thought I'd motivate Isaac a little bit. We would have a race. He was "Lightning McQueen" and I was "Chick," who is McQueen's big rival. . . (I'm referencing the Disney/Pixar movie CARS in case you don't know who I'm talking about).

Well, now Isaac rides so fast that I can barely keep up with him and have to tell him to slow down! And he flies by me saying, "Ha ha ha. . . you'll never beat me now!"

I think I may have crashed and burned here. . . or maybe I just need to be in better shape so I can keep up with him!
