Here are some appropriate times for Mommies to "lie" to their children:
1. Tooth Fairy
2. Easter Bunny
3. Santa Claus
4. When you're out on a walk in your nice, quiet, suburban neighborhood and you spot a dead cat next to a mailbox. . . it's okay to tell your very inquisitive 3 year old, "SHH! The kitty is sleeping!"
